Wilson diamonds was so easy to work with to get an engagement ring! Margaret was so much help, and after trying to go through a local competitor it was a breath of fresh air to get so much help and information from someone so knowledgeable about rings. The price and customer service were so good that I went through Wilson even while I’m living in Oregon. I fully recommend them!!

Wilson Diamonds was great, I had a very kind easy and personable experience with the stress of buying a ring. Margaret especially was wonderful! I have had an experience with her in the past with getting my mother a mother's ring and it was so easy, she made us feel very welcome and we got a great ring. Then, when I needed to buy a ring for getting engaged I requested her because I wanted the same easy experience, and she delivered. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is choosing Wilson Diamonds.

We did a custom ring and Wilson Diamonds didn't disappoint. We had a rough start getting someone to answer us, but when we did, we were blown away at the craftsmanship and the quality of the ring. I love love love it and would go here again. :)

Best experience possible with them! We wanted a custom ring and were nervous about getting it to turn out how we wanted. We went in to look around at rings and worked with Lincoln who made the whole process so easy and fun. He was so helpful throughout the whole process that we ended up choosing our diamond on the first day with him. He was really smart about everything and helped answer all concerns and questions. I was really impressed with them as a business they really work to make sure you get your dream ring just right. They even looked for ways to get us discounts on the ring and stayed in touch with me the whole time sending me updates. Our ring came out even better than we thought it would and now my FIANCÉE has her dream ring. We loved it so much we changed plans for my ring and went right back in and got it with them and they gave us another big discount on mine! Wonderful experience with them I would recommend them to everyone

The greatest ring shopping experience! My fiance and I went in with very little ideas or knowledge of engagement rings but felt totally comfortable the whole time and left with a better understanding. Lincoln was the very best!! He was super patient and thorough throughout the whole process and helped us design the perfect ring. He was also very upfront about pricing! Definitely would recommend Wilsons Diamonds and ask for Lincoln!!

I had an incredible experience with Wilson Diamonds when creating my fiancé’s engagement ring. From the very beginning, the entire team was unbelievably helpful and patient, making sure I understood exactly what I was getting and guiding me through every step of the process. Designing something this important can feel overwhelming, but they made it simple and enjoyable. A huge shoutout to Kate, who was truly the best part of the whole experience. She was knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She took the time to answer all my questions, helped me understand the details of the ring, and made me feel confident in every decision. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and the work she does. The final ring turned out absolutely perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything came together. My husband and I decided it was time to upgrade my engagement ring and considering it was purchased through Wilson Diamonds back in 2015, we decided to come back and have them do the upgrade since we loved their craftsmanship. We were put in contact with Tyson and I am extremely grateful we were. I was in love with my original setting and wedding band, but was looking to upgrade my center stone, shape, and crown. Tyson set up a phone call with us since we are out of state, and I was able to give him ideas of what we wanted and he understood our vision completely. After speaking, he promptly followed up on our conversation via text, and sent us photos of diamonds that matched what we were looking for. He even placed them on other employees hands so I can get idea of what it would look like on mine to provide me with a better visual, since we are out of state. We made a selection, and made the necessary arrangements to secure the stone and get the process started. Throughout production, Tyson was always willing able to assist with any questions or updates we requested. Not once did we ever feel rushed, or unheard as he took great care of us, and paid great attention to detail. Tyson’s customer service, knowledge, and patience with us resulted in my unique dream ring that I will cherish for the rest of my life. My husband and I cannot be more happy with our experience, and forever grateful for the quality service we received. We will continue to recommend Wilson Diamonds and Tyson for years to come.
